My Experience with Aquaguard

For thos who doesn't know aquaguard is a product (water purifier) by eureka forbes. Recently I had shifted my house, and then requested for re-installation & service of my aquaguard ivory model. Then all problems started coming...

Their service sucks... the people either don't respond, and if respond then behave rudely, as if they are giving the service for free... or we are using their product for free... following posts will have my mail chains with aquaguard company... I know as a company i don't matter to them... but atleast it will open eyes for other people who are planning to buy a water purifier.

I agree to you..I have the same worst experience from service in my area kadugodi..the area head Madhu (contact no# 9035005005) says do whatever you can do ,your problem will not be resolved and he also told his name to escalate his name wherever possible. Point to note my product is under warranty :-) I know I lost 18k on Aquaguard product. And customer care can do nothing about it. No of complaints raised but I think the company is run by monopoly of such persons.

  3. 1. Undersigned had purchased (Dr Aeroguard SCRP 200 model) (Customer ID is 6000045872) on 31 Dec 16.Sales Manager (Mr Gaurav : 9350842580).

    2. It may be noted that the product is Non Operational since 30 Mar 16 (for one month). A complaint had been lodged at customer care centre on 20 Apr 16 with ID 86728576.

    3. However, NO ACTION has been initiated by Eureka Forbes customer executives sitting at Call Centre despite repeated call by undersigned everyday.

    4. In View of above, it was requested that the product may be returned and full amount may refunded to undersigned at earliest. However, response is awaited.

    5. In addition, Eureka Forbes shall be advised to refrain from appointing untrained and fraud Sales manager and customer care persons at call centres.

  4. My customer ID is 1001229098. I am the user of equipment purifier since many years. I have 03 year AMC for the product.

    Recently the said equipment developed some problem for which complaint was lodged on 29/07/2016 with SR no. 0088443521. However still my purifier is out of order.
    Since lodging the complaint I am spending Rs. 150 daily for drinking water. Whenever service centre is called all I am getting are excuses and evasive replies only. Why for then they are offering AMC when it is not useful when needed ?
    The attitude of service centre is despicable and belittling company's reputation as MNC. The escalation executive is also of no use as no complaints are resolved without further escalation to higher level. This had already been experienced by me during earlier complaint and now also. I have escalated complaint but till no response from the firm.
    I was at receiving end of pathetic service people on earlier occasions also. However nothing changed neither people nor attitude.
    I have decided to dump the product if I don't get further response and definitely after my AMC period is over. Also I aver that I will never ever use any Eureka Forbes product.

  6. I had purchased Eureka Forbes Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO UV on 24th May 2016. Since the installation, in the last 5 months I have not been able to use the purifierfor for more than a month as the filter keeps getting choked.

    A total of 12 service requests have been raised so far. All the 4 service escalation steps have been followed. However still no response from the Eureka forbes team. In fact for the last aervice request no. 0089588187, the service engineer refused to come stating that it is a recurrent problem and we need to install a pre-filtering unit. I rejected the solution as I had already tried it earlier when we were forced to buy a pre-filtering unit and even that solution did not work. That unit was taken back without refunding the amount paid for it

    I can claim that Eureka Forbes has the most pathetic customer service team based on personal and factual evidence. I had a Kent purifier earlier and we never faced such problems with them. With Eureka Forbes we were fooled and coaxed by the sales team to buy the product and now have been made to feel helpless by the service team.

    Is this the way to treat senior citizens of out country? Completely unacceptable.

    I need a permanent solution.

  10. I have purchased aquaguard classie plus on 6.2.17. After a series of calls the technician came and installed it. But after instaĺing
    he told me it is defective and not working. He told me another person will come and replace the same within half an hour. I had been already using now aqua guard but it take some time for the water to flow. Hence I decided to buy a new one. This man has dismantled my old unit and he didn't even put the old one back. Now it's 3 days and I am having no way to get water. This is my bitter experience with aqua guard. But luckily for me our payment was by cheque and the same was not processed. So I gave my bank a stop payment memo.
    The sales person has thought he got the money. So till now no one has attended to our repeated calls.Please do not buy aqua guard U will have to run from pillar to post after paying your money.

  11. I am highly dissapointed with the brand names. You all are fooling people on the name of ur brand .I purchased your latest ro uv mineral in january.from Saturday it's not giving water.I complain't yesterday at 12 .then again at 1 pm today and again at 2 and 4 pm .there is no response till now.you all are enjoying at my money and I have no water to drink from last 48 hours and you all are enjoying at 18000 which I paid you for all this trouble.my registered mobile is 9838171007. Shane on all of the board members. You all are livig in fake world bit actually you are loosing your market.shame on u all.
