Dear Eureka Forbes,
                                  Its already 10 days over. Am I being heard or not ??????

I have created a blog for you guys and all people out there: http://aquaguard-eurekaforbes.blogspot.com/ with my experience with aquaguard.

I know this might not matter to you. But atleast the new people interested in buying Water Purifier, should look forward to companies other than eureka forbes. Because your service sucks. And more over the customer care doesn't even respond.

                              I am a customer using your water purifier products.

I have an Aquaguard, which I am using from longtime. Recently I shifted my house to Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. At first I had raised a WEB Request for Re-Installation of the AQUAGUARD at my new house. [Req No - 3851df46d799]. Nobody attended to the request.

So I called up the customer care on 24th October 2011. Again I raised a ticket for re-installation [Ticket No - 85758494].

After a long wait of 7 Days, One Person named Mr.Upendra(8722138999) comes from VALUE POINT SERIVCE(080-25619399) (as it was told by your customer care). He tries to install the aquaguard, but couldn't. In the mean time he breaks the Aquaguard tray. then tells he can't complete the work and lefts (but charges us Rs.375/ for his visit!!!) he told one more person will visit to complete the work.

another 3-4 days goes like that. Then one Mr.Bhaskar(8722140999) came. he sees the broken piece, and tells us his Manager Mr.Shyam(8722138999) wants to see it. Then he lefts. Nextday he comes and installs the aquaguard. When we asked about the broken piece, he tells Mr. Upendra & Mr.Shyam (manager) will look into this.

Now today when my wife called up Mr.Shyam (Manager with your dealer) and inquires about the broken piece of the aquaguard, first he blames my WIFE for it. And when my wife tells "In that case Call Mr.Upendra so that the issue can be solved front-to-front, He scolds my wife, telling her
"You people are stupid!!! you guys go and do what ever you want!, I WILL NOT SEND ANYBODY to attend to your complaint. I am least bothered about the service."


Now we never expected this kind of service from a company like EUREKA FORBES. Why do you have such irresponsible people, who neither can work properly, nor they have respect for customers, (specially to ladies)

Please look into this. And let us know about a solution to this issue.

    Though i found it late (after buying the aquaguard product) but i am also facing the same issue. It already 2 month my service request has been pending for completion and i don't get any resolution from customer care nor from Area Manager. Is there anything you can help me can this. Can an FIR be registered for such an conduct?
